Black Editors & Proofreaders was founded by Tia Ross, an award-winning editor, writer, and editor coach.
Ross started her career editing for military recruiters, bankers, and lawyers. Today, she’s the owner of multiple companies, including WordWiser Ink Editorial Services, Black Writers Collective, Black Editors Network, and Boss Events & Travel. She edits for major publishers HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, Hachette Book Group, and countless others.
